Platinum Energy Solutions (FRAC) Sees IPO Price of $9-$11/Share

Platinum Energy Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: FRAC), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 14 million shares and sees an offering price of $9 - $11 per share. Platinum Energy Solutions plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "FRAC."

The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and FBR Capital Markets.

Platinum Energy Solutions is an oilfield services provider specializing in premium hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing and other pressure pumping services.
