PLx Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq: PLXP) filed an amended registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its common stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $80.5 million, which compares with the original expectation of $20 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker, PLXP.
Underwriters on the offering are Raymond James, Maxim Group, and Janney Montgomery Scott.
