Today's IPO for Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRIX) opened for trading at $18.06 after pricing 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Nurix.
In addition, Nurix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
J.P. Morgan, Piper Sandler and Stifel are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company is acting as lead manager.
Nurix Therapeutics develops novel therapies that modulate protein levels through small molecule drugs targeting E3 ligases. Nurix’s pipeline is focused on developing drugs for immune-mediated diseases and hematologic cancers including immuno-oncology therapeutics. Nurix was founded by internationally recognized experts in E3 ligase biology and immunology and is funded by leading life science investors Third Rock Ventures and The Column Group. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
