New Source Energy Corp. (NYSE: NSE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $100 million. New Source Energy plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NSE."
The offering is being made through BMO Capital Markets and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
