New America Acquisition I Corp. (NYSE: NWAXU) closed its initial public offering on December 5, 2025, raising $345 million through the sale of 34.5 million units at $10.00 per unit. The offering included 4.5 million units issued through the full exercise of underwriters' over-allotment option.



The company's units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 4, 2025, under the symbol NWAXU. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The Class A common stock and warrants are expected to trade separately under the symbols NWAX and NWAXW respectively once separate trading begins.



New America Acquisition I Corp. is a blank check company incorporated in Florida. The company stated it plans to target businesses headquartered or primarily operating in the United States that focus on domestic manufacturing, innovation ecosystems, and supply chains.



D. Boral Capital served as co-lead bookrunner for the offering. Paul Hastings LLP acted as legal counsel to the company, while Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP represented the underwriters.



The registration statement for the units and underlying securities became effective on November 19, 2025, according to the company's announcement.
