NGL Energy Partners (NGL) Sees IPO Price of $19 - $21/Unit

NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE: NGL) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Units, setting the terms of the Offering. NGL plans to sell 3.5 million Common Units and sees an offering price of $19 - $21 per Unit. NGL filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NGL."

The offering is being made through Wells Fargo Securities, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BMO Capital Markets, Baird, Janney Montgomery Scott, and BOSC, Inc.

NGL Energy Partners is a Delaware limited partnership formed in September 2010 to own and operate a vertically-integrated propane business with three operating segments: retail propane; wholesale supply and marketing; and midstream.
