Merus (MRUS) Prices 5.5M Common Stock IPO at $10/Share

Merus B.V. (Nasdaq: MRUS) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,500,000 common shares at an initial public offering price of $10.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common shares are being offered by Merus. In addition, Merus granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 common shares at the initial public offering price. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on May 19, 2016 under the ticker symbol “MRUS.”
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Jefferies LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, Guggenheim Securities, LLC is acting as lead manager for the offering and Wedbush PacGrow is acting as co-manager for the offering.
