Lincoln International files for initial public offering on NYSE

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.

The registration statement has not become effective, and the number of shares and price range for the offering have not been determined. The company applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "LCLN."

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley serve as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BMO Capital Markets, Citizens Capital Markets and Evercore ISI act as bookrunners, while Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance serve as co-managers.

The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, with no assurance regarding completion timing or final terms. The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process.
