Investing.com -- JFB Construction Holdings, a company specializing in commercial, retail, and residential property development, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO). The company offered 1,250,000 units, each consisting of one Class A common share and one warrant to purchase one additional Class A common share. The offering price was set at $4.125 per unit. However, upon opening, the shares were trading at $3.61, lower than the initial pricing.
