Gemini Space Station raises IPO pricing range to $24-$26 per share

Gemini Space Station increased its initial public offering pricing range to $24-$26 per share from a previous range of $17-$19 per share. The company plans to offer 16,666,667 shares on the Nasdaq exchange and list under ticker "GEMI."

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup serve as lead underwriters for the offering, according to the company's filing on Wednesday.
