Freescale Semiconductor Holdings I, Ltd. (NYSE: FSL) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Freescale Semi plans to sell 43.5 million common and sees a price of $22 - $24 per share. Freescale Semi filed to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "FSL."
The offering is being made through Citi, Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Goldman, Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, Sanford C. Bernstein, Gleacher & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Pacific Crest Securities, and Piper Jaffray.
