Exzeo Group prices IPO at $21 per share, raising $168 million

Exzeo Group, Inc. (NYSE: XZO) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares at $21.00 per share. The Tampa-based company expects to raise $168 million from the offering.
The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. If exercised in full, the overallotment option would bring total proceeds to $193.2 million.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 5, 2025, under the ticker symbol "XZO." The offering is expected to close on November 6, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Truist Securities serves as lead left bookrunner for the offering. Citizens Capital Markets and William Blair act as joint active book-running managers, while Fifth Third Securities serves as co-manager.
A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the securities became automatically effective November 4, 2025, pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Securities Act of 1933.
Exzeo Group develops technology solutions for property and casualty insurance carriers, focusing on the homeowners insurance market. The company operates an "Insurance-as-a-Service" platform that provides digital tools for quoting, underwriting, policy administration, claims handling, data analytics, and financial reporting.
