Exponential Interactive, Inc. (Nasadq: EXPN)(NYSE: EXPN) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $75 million. The Company plans to trade under the ticker "EXPN," but has not selected a market to trade on as of the initial IPO filing.
The offering is being made through Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, and ThinkEquity LLC.
