Cotiviti (COTV) Sees IPO Price of $17 - $19/Share

Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: COTV) filed a amended registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its common stock. The company plans to sell 12.5 million shares and sees an offering price of $17 - $19 per share. Cotiviti plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker, COTV.

Underwriters are Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Baird, and William Blair.
