Cloudera Inc (CLDR) to Price 15M Share IPO at $15/Sh

Cloudera, Inc. (NYSE: CLDR), provider of the leading modern platform for machine learning and advanced analytics built on the latest open source technologies, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. In addition, Cloudera has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CLDR" on April 28, 2017.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Allen & Company LLC are acting as lead bookrunners for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as book-running managers and Stifel, JMP Securities, and Raymond James are acting as co-managers.
