Today's IPO for Churchill Capital Corp IV (NYSE: CCIV) (NYSE: CCIV.U) opened for trading at $10.06 after pricing 180,000,000 units at $10.

Churchill Capital Corp IV was founded by Michael Klein, who is also the founder and managing partner of M. Klein and Company. The Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
