Cantor Equity Partners VII raises $250M in Nasdaq IPO
Cantor Equity Partners VII, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAES) closed its initial public offering of 25,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share, raising $250 million in total proceeds.
The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "CAES" on June 17, 2026. The $250 million raised from the IPO and a simultaneous private placement was placed into the company's trust account.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The SEC declared the registration statement effective on June 16, 2026.
Cantor Equity Partners VII is a blank check company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, formed to pursue a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination. The company has not identified a specific target industry or geographic region, but according to a press release statement, it intends to focus on sectors where its management team's expertise may provide an advantage, including financial services, digital assets, healthcare, real estate services, technology, software, and energy.
