Cantor Equity Partners VII prices $250M IPO on Nasdaq
Cantor Equity Partners VII, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAES) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share, raising $250 million.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "CAES" on June 17, 2026, with the offering expected to close on June 18, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares to cover over-allotments.
Cantor Equity Partners VII is a blank check company, also known as a special purpose acquisition company, sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald. It was formed to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company has not limited its target search to a particular industry or geographic region, though it has stated an intent to focus on financial services, digital assets, healthcare, real estate services, technology, software, and energy industries.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement effective on June 16, 2026.
