Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (Nasdaq: CSTE) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $115 million. Caesarstone plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ticker "CSTE."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Baird, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
