Bankrate, Inc. (NYSE: RATE), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Bankrate plans to sell 20 million shares and sees an offering price of $14 - $16 per share. Bankrate filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "RATE."
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company LLC, Credit Suisse, Stephens Inc., RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
