Arxis launches IPO with shares priced between $25-$28

Arxis Inc. announced the launch of its initial public offering of 37,735,849 shares of Class A common stock, with an expected price range of $25.00 to $28.00 per share. The company is a portfolio holding of Arcline Investment Management.



The shares are expected to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "ARXS." Arxis designs and manufactures electronic and mechanical components for aerospace and defense, medical technology, and specialized industrial markets.



Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies serve as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets act as joint book-running managers, while Baird, Guggenheim Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, William Blair, Rothschild & Co, and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance serve as book-running managers. Citizens Capital Markets acts as co-manager.



The registration statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. The company noted that the offering is subject to market conditions and provided no assurance regarding completion or final terms.



Arcline Investment Management, which backs Arxis, manages over $20 billion in assets and focuses on building industrial platforms designed for long-term earnings growth. The private equity firm seeks to create what it terms "Industrial Compounders" in non-disruptible market positions.
