Aratana Therapeutics (NASDAQ: PETX) priced its 5,750,000 share IPO at $6 per share, in-line with the expected pricing. Shares will open on the NASDAQ today at approximately 11:20AM ET on the NASDAQ under the symbole "PTEX."
Stifel and Lazard Capital Markets are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. William Blair, JMP Securities and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are acting as co-managers.
