Allison Transmission (ALSN) Sees IPO Price of $22-$24/Share

Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Allison Transmission plans to sell 21,739,130 shares and sees an offering price of $22 - $24 per share. Allison Transmission plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ALSN."

The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs.

Allison Transmission is a manufacturer of fully-automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, medium- and heavy-tactical U.S. military vehicles and hybrid-propulsion systems for transit buses.
