Air Lease Corp. (NYSE: AL) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock. Air Lease plans to sell 25 million shares and sees an offering price of $25 to $28 per share. The Company filed to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "AL."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, FBR Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, Macquarie Capital, Scotia Capital, and SOCIETE GENERALE.
Air Lease Corporation is an aircraft leasing company that was launched in February 2010 to purchase commercial aircraft which it, in turn, leases to airlines around the world to generate attractive returns on equity.
