Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) priced its initial public offering of 30,283,020 shares at $26.50 per share, the middle of the expected $25-$28 range.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., FBR Capital Markets & Co., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Air Lease Corporation is an aircraft leasing company that was launched in February 2010 to purchase commercial aircraft which it, in turn, leases to airlines around the world to generate attractive returns on equity.
