UPDATE: BMO Capital Starts Calyxt Inc. (CLXT) at Outperform

BMO Capital initiates coverage on Calyxt Inc. (NASDAQ: CLXT) with a Outperform rating and a price target of $32.00.

Analyst Ken Zaslow says the company is the only public pure-play in nascent ag/crop gene-editing space and he believes the company possess potential to produce disruptive product launches over the coming decade with it proprietary TALEN gene edit technology. The analyst likes the robust pipeline that could see at least four product generating material revenue opportunities over the coming 10 year period.
