After-Hours Stock Movers:
Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) fell 4% after it announced it intends to offer $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private placement.
GameStop (NYSE: GME) rose 2% after it announced that it has completed its previously disclosed “at-the-market” equity offering program.
AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) rose 3.5% after quarter EPS and sales topped estimates. Management said they expect further margin expansion.
Lifeway Foods (NASDAQ: LWAY) rose 17% after Danone North America PBC sent a letter to Lifeway Foods proposing to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock not currently held for a purchase price of $25.00 per share in cash.
Liberty Broadband Corporation (“Liberty Broadband”) (Nasdaq: LBRDA, LBRDK, LBRDP) rose 10% after it announced today that it communicated a counterproposal to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) in response to an initial merger proposal sent by the Charter Special Committee.
