Yext (YEXT) IPO Opens 27% Higher

Today's IPO for Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT) opened for trading at $14 after pricing its initial public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share.

Yext, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as the bookrunners for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers.
