Dating app Bumble is said to price its IPO at $43 per share, Bloomberg reported. This is above the $37-$39 per share expected range.
- Said to Sell 50 Million Shares in IPO, Versus Expected 45 Million Shares.
- Will be listing on NASDAQ under the ticker 'BMBL'
- Shares expected to start trading on Thursday, Feb 11th.
- Offering being led by Goldman Sachs, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan
- In Q3, Bumble had ~42 million monthly active users.
- Revenue of $376.6 million for nine months ended September 30, 2020, up from $362.6 million in the year prior.
