Dating app Bumble is said to price its IPO at $43 per share, Bloomberg reported. This is above the $37-$39 per share expected range.

  • Said to Sell 50 Million Shares in IPO, Versus Expected 45 Million Shares.
  • Will be listing on NASDAQ under the ticker 'BMBL'
  • Shares expected to start trading on Thursday, Feb 11th.
  • Offering being led by Goldman Sachs, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan
  • In Q3, Bumble had ~42 million monthly active users.
  • Revenue of $376.6 million for nine months ended September 30, 2020, up from $362.6 million in the year prior.
