Today's IPO for AbCellera Biologics Inc. (NASDAQ: ABCL) opened for trading at $61 after pricing its initial public offering of 24,150,000 common shares at a price to the public of $20.00 per share.
In addition, AbCellera has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,622,500 additional common shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Credit Suisse, Stifel, Berenberg, SVB Leerink and BMO Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
