Greenlight's Einhorn to Appoint SunEdison (SUNE) Board Member

SunEdison (NYSE: SUNE) will allow Greenlight Capital's David Einhorn to appoint a board member, according to reports from the Wall Street Journal citing people familiar with the matter.

Einhorn is likely to appoint a director from an outside firm.

The sharp sell-off in SunEdison in 2015 contributed to the normally-outperforming Greenlight's 20% loss for 2015. The firm is down approximately 83% on its SunEdison investment.
