Galloway Capital Partners announced it has acquired a 5.02% stake in GSI Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSIT), according to a press release statement. The investment firm filed a Schedule 13D with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 18, 2026.
Bruce Galloway, Chief Investment Officer of Galloway Capital Partners, stated the firm believes GSI Technology is undervalued with a market capitalization under $300 million. GSI Technology develops AI inference architecture and operates in the edge AI market.
The company's technology platform uses compute-in-memory architecture designed for AI processing applications in drones, robotics, autonomous systems, and smart infrastructure, according to the press release.
Galloway indicated the firm intends to engage with GSI Technology's management and board of directors regarding options to maximize shareholder value. The investment firm specializes in identifying undervalued publicly traded companies and frequently engages with management teams.
GSI Technology trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker GSIT. The company's technology platform is described as offering multi-modal, low power architecture for on-board AI processing applications.
