Yiren Digital Ltd. (NYSE: YRD) announced that Chief Financial Officer William Hui presented the company's artificial intelligence transformation strategy at Hong Kong Fintech Week on November 3, 2025.

During the presentation, Hui outlined the company's proprietary large language model, Zhiyu LLM, and introduced an agentic platform called "Magicube." The company stated these technologies form the foundation of its AI integration across financial services operations.

According to the company, Zhiyu LLM has been deployed in risk screening, compliance workflows, customer service automation, and client onboarding processes. The model demonstrates multi-language understanding and context analytics capabilities, Yiren Digital said.

The Magicube platform coordinates multiple AI agents to handle business functions including sales, capital planning, and risk oversight. The platform enables AI agents to make decisions, monitor outcomes, and adapt in real time, the company stated.

"We believe that AI is reshaping the competitive frontier of financial services," Hui said. "With Zhiyu and Magicube, we are not only enhancing the efficiency and resilience of our current business, but also laying the foundation for AI-native business models that extend well beyond traditional lending."

Yiren Digital operates as a fintech company specializing in digital consumer lending, insurance, and financial technology innovation across China and Southeast Asia. The company has developed computing infrastructure and datasets from serving consumers across Asia, according to the press release.

The company indicated the AI platform architecture is designed to support both existing lending operations and potential expansion into new financial service areas.
