Veritone secures VDR contracts with hyperscalers, raises Q3 outlook

Veritone Inc. (NASDAQ: VERI) announced contract wins for its Veritone Data Refinery product with hyperscalers and provided preliminary third-quarter financial results.
The company reported its VDR pipeline and bookings total nearly $40 million, representing a 100% increase from August 2025. The contracts involve both commercial and public sector customers for the VDR solution, which processes unstructured video, audio and text data for AI training purposes.
Veritone provided preliminary, unaudited Q3 2025 results showing revenue between $28.5 million and $28.7 million, representing a 30.5% increase at the midpoint compared to Q3 2024. The company reported a non-GAAP net loss between $5.5 million and $6.0 million for the quarter, marking a 48.2% increase from the midpoint compared to the prior year period.
"We believe our VDR solution uniquely positions us to serve this fast-growing market," said Ryan Steelberg, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We are firmly on track to have formalized partnerships with nearly every major hyperscaler by the end of 2025."
The financial results are preliminary estimates based on available information and may change upon completion of quarter-end procedures and final adjustments.
Veritone will hold an earnings conference call on November 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the third-quarter results.
