Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: TDTH) announced a restructuring into a diversified holding company focused on digital infrastructure across Africa and Asia-Pacific markets. The Singapore-based company outlined five strategic pillars encompassing sovereign digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI-enabled systems, digital commerce, and economic modernization initiatives.

The restructuring builds on the company's previously announced potential $800 million Ghana joint venture revenue framework from April 2026. TDTH operates through five divisions: Tridentity Infrastructure Group for national identity systems, TDTH Cybersecurity Group for fraud prevention, TDTH AI & Intelligent Systems Group for automation technologies, TDTH Africa for regional partnerships, and TDTH Agritech for agricultural technology solutions.

"TDTH is evolving beyond a single-vertical technology company into a diversified holding company designed to participate in multiple layers of the digital infrastructure economy," said Soon Huat Lim, founder, chairman, and chief executive officer.

The cybersecurity division includes an exclusive Asia-Pacific distribution partnership with Memcyco for credential harvesting prevention and digital brand protection services. The company maintains a 50/50 joint venture with Ghana-based Aliska Business Advisory and Research Limited as part of its African expansion strategy.

TDTH completed a 1-for-30 reverse stock split in April 2026 and continues engagement with Nasdaq regarding listing standards compliance. The company operates digital identity infrastructure and enterprise cybersecurity deployments across Ghana and Asia-Pacific markets.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
