Soluna plans 350MW AI campus at Project Kati 2 site

Soluna Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SLNH) announced plans to develop a 350-megawatt AI campus at its Project Kati 2 site, according to the company's monthly business update.

The green data center developer said it is engineering a plan to deliver the facility as a Critical IT Tier 3 AI campus spread across seven buildings. The company has secured over 500 acres of additional land to support the expanded campus plan and launched a request for proposals process to 10 construction management firms, expected to be completed by the end of February.

Soluna reported it is in negotiations with three potential single-tenants to pre-lease the entire campus. The company partnered with Metrobloks to unlock more than 100 megawatts of AI and high-performance computing capacity at the site.

The company also announced the appointment of Michael Picchi as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2026.

At its existing Project Kati 1 site, Soluna received energization approval from ERCOT and initiated power commissioning for the first 24-megawatt phase, expected to be completed in February. Additional phases totaling 24 megawatts are scheduled for power commissioning in March and April.

The company reported operations continued at its other Bitcoin hosting facilities, though several sites experienced increased curtailment time due to winter storms and resulting grid demand. A 20-megawatt fleet upgrade is underway at Project Dorothy 1A, expected to be completed by the end of February.
