Simulations Plus reports preliminary fiscal 2025 revenue of $79.1 million

Simulations Plus Inc. (NASDAQ: SLP) reported preliminary fiscal 2025 revenue of $79.1 million, representing 13% growth, according to a company statement. The biosimulation software provider also issued fiscal 2026 guidance projecting revenue between $79 million and $82 million.

The company's preliminary fiscal 2025 results show software mix at 58% of total revenue, adjusted EBITDA margin of 28%, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.03. For fiscal 2026, Simulations Plus expects revenue growth of 0% to 4%, software mix of 57% to 62%, adjusted EBITDA margin of 26% to 30%, and adjusted diluted EPS of $1.03 to $1.10.

The company plans to release complete fourth quarter and fiscal 2025 results on December 1, 2025. Chief Executive Officer Shawn O'Connor cited challenging market conditions including uncertainty around funding, drug pricing, and tariffs affecting pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Simulations Plus launched GastroPlus X.2, which introduces AI-powered tools on the company's S+ Cloud platform. The company stated it plans to expand these capabilities across other platforms over the next year.

The preliminary results are unaudited and based on currently available information. Final results may differ and are subject to completion of quarter-end financial procedures and audit review.
