Rezolve Ai reports $70M annual recurring revenue from retail AI

Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) announced it has achieved $70 million in annual recurring revenue for 2025 through deployments with more than 50 enterprise customers, according to a company statement.

The artificial intelligence company, which focuses on retail and commerce applications, secured a $9.8 million annual contract with Liverpool, identified as Mexico's third-largest retailer. The company has established partnerships with Microsoft and Google to distribute its Brain Suite products globally.

Rezolve Ai operates with what it describes as a proprietary large language model called brainpowa, designed specifically for commerce applications. The company stated its technology is deployed in production across major enterprises and directly tied to financial outcomes.

The company is expanding its operations with a new Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, supported by investment from the Government of Singapore. Rezolve Ai also established a Global Professional Services division intended to support customer implementation and accelerate product rollouts.

The company's technology focuses on AI-driven personalization and omni-channel retail engagement, targeting customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth for retail clients.

Rezolve Ai's Brain Suite delivers tools that use artificial intelligence to optimize processes and improve decision-making for digital retail experiences. The company positions itself as moving beyond pilot programs to production deployments with measurable business impact.
