Radisys Corp (RSYS) Guides Q4 Above the Street

Radisys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS) reported preliminary results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2015. The Company expects fourth quarter revenue to be approximately $44 million and non-GAAP earnings of approximately $0.08 per diluted share. This compares to the Company’s original guidance provided on October 27, 2015 of revenue between $40 million to $44 million and non-GAAP earnings of $0.04 to $0.10 per diluted share. The preliminary results reflect Software-Systems revenue growth of nearly 50% and 35% year-on-year for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2015, respectively.
