Progyny secures $200 million credit facility, raises Q2 guidance

July 8, 2025 8:09 AM EDT

Progyny Inc. (NASDAQ: PGNY) entered into a $200 million revolving credit facility and expects second quarter 2025 financial results to exceed previously provided guidance ranges.

The credit facility, which matures on July 1, 2030, remains undrawn with no planned immediate use, according to a company statement. The facility is intended to enhance operational and financial flexibility beyond the company's current cash flow generation capabilities.

"At this stage of our growth, entering into a facility is an appropriate next step to further enhance our strong financial profile and extend our market leadership," said Pete Anevski, Chief Executive Officer of Progyny.

The company's capital priorities remain unchanged, including evaluation of stock repurchases, product portfolio expansion, investments in new distribution channels, and select acquisitions.

Progyny also announced that second quarter results for revenue, adjusted net income and adjusted EBITDA are expected to be slightly above the ranges provided during its first quarter earnings call in May. The company attributed the improved outlook to favorable member activity trends during the quarter.

The women's health and family building solutions company will report its second quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, August 7, 2025, followed by a conference call at 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time.

Progyny is headquartered in New York City and provides benefits solutions that include concierge support, coaching, education, and digital tools for patients, along with access to a network of fertility and women's health specialists.
