PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC) announced preliminary financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting adjusted EBITDA exceeding $1 million and revenue of more than $14.5 million.
The podcast publisher stated its preliminary adjusted EBITDA represents a 348% increase compared to the same period last year, while revenue grew 19% year-over-year. The company maintained its number 9 ranking on Podtrac's Top 10 Publishers rankings for nine consecutive months.
PodcastOne noted the financial results are preliminary and unaudited, based on management's analysis as of the press release date. The company has not completed its financial statement reporting process for the quarter, and its independent registered accounting firm has not audited or reviewed the preliminary results.
The company stated it may identify items requiring adjustments during its quarter-end closing procedures and review process, which could be material to the presented information. PodcastOne cautioned that the preliminary results constitute forward-looking information subject to risks and uncertainties.
PodcastOne operates as a podcast platform providing sales, marketing, production and distribution services to creators and advertisers. The company reports having surpassed 3.9 billion total downloads with a network of 200 podcasters and reaches over 1 billion monthly impressions across various channels including YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
