Perion Network (PERI) gains on positive pre-announcement

Perion Network Ltd. (Nasdaq: PERI) is gaining 6.4% in pre-open trading after the company announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter of 2022 with revenue now projected at $205 million above the consensus of $201.6 million.
