Neuronetics reports preliminary Q4 revenue of $41.8 million

Neuronetics Inc. (NASDAQ: STIM) reported preliminary unaudited fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $41.8 million, representing 86% year-over-year growth on an as-reported basis and 23% growth on an adjusted pro forma basis, according to a company statement.

The medical technology company's full year 2025 revenue reached $149.2 million, marking 99% year-over-year growth as reported and 15% growth on an adjusted pro forma basis. The pro forma figures assume the Greenbrook acquisition occurred on January 1, 2024.

For the fourth quarter, NeuroStar revenue totaled $18.3 million, up 9% on a pro-forma basis compared to the same period in 2024. The company shipped 49 NeuroStar Advanced Therapy systems during the quarter. Clinic revenue was $23.5 million, representing 37% growth on an adjusted pro-forma basis.

Full year NeuroStar revenue was $62.2 million, up 0.9% on a pro-forma basis, while clinic revenue reached $87.0 million, up 28% on an adjusted pro-forma basis compared to 2024.

The company achieved positive operating cash flow of $0.9 million in the fourth quarter and ended 2025 with $34.1 million in total cash, including cash equivalents and restricted cash.

"We wrapped up 2025 with strong commercial execution during the fourth quarter across both segments of the business," said Keith Sullivan, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Neuronetics plans to release complete fourth quarter 2025 financial results before market open on March 17, 2026, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
