ImmunityBio Inc. (NASDAQ: IBRX) reported preliminary net product revenue of approximately $113 million for the full year ending December 31, 2025, representing a 700% increase compared to the previous year. The biotechnology company attributed the growth primarily to sales of its cancer immunotherapy ANKTIVA.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported preliminary net product revenue of approximately $38.3 million, a 20% increase from the prior quarter's $31.8 million and a 431% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Unit sales volume for ANKTIVA grew 750% in 2025 compared to 2024.

The Saudi Food and Drug Administration approved ANKTIVA in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors for adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have failed standard therapies. This marks the company's first global approval for this indication and the first approval of ANKTIVA for subcutaneous administration.

Saudi Arabia also approved ANKTIVA in combination with BCG for patients with BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer carcinoma in situ, adding to existing approvals in the United States and United Kingdom, and conditional approval in the European Union.

The company ended the quarter with an estimated $242.8 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of December 31, 2025. Enrollment in the ongoing Phase 2b QUILT-2.005 trial evaluating ANKTIVA plus intravesical BCG in first-line, BCG-naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer is progressing ahead of internal expectations, with full enrollment anticipated in the first half of 2026.

The financial figures are preliminary estimates based on information available as of the press release date and may differ from actual results when the company files its Annual Report on Form 10-K.
