ImmunityBio Inc. (NASDAQ: IBRX) announced preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, according to a press release issued January 15, 2026.

The company stated that the preliminary estimates are based solely on information available as of the press release date and do not represent a comprehensive statement of operating results or financial position as of December 31, 2025.

ImmunityBio indicated that actual amounts reported in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2025 will be subject to financial closing procedures and final adjustments made before operating results and financial position are finalized for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.

The company noted that preliminary estimates may differ materially from actual results that will be reflected in consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2025 when completed and publicly disclosed in the Form 10-K.
