Hyperscale Data reports bitcoin holdings worth $40.7 million

Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) reported its bitcoin treasury totaled 617.1605 bitcoin as of March 8, 2026, with an approximate market value of $40.7 million based on bitcoin's closing price of $65,970 that day.

The artificial intelligence data center company also held approximately $42.2 million in cash and restricted cash on its balance sheet as of the week ended March 8, 2026. Combined, the cash and bitcoin holdings of approximately $82.9 million represented 137.98% of the company's market capitalization based on its stock price at the close of trading on March 9, 2026.

The bitcoin holdings are distributed across two wholly owned subsidiaries. Sentinum, Inc. held approximately 569.9670 bitcoin, consisting of 129.7329 bitcoin generated from mining operations and 440.2341 bitcoin acquired in the open market. Ault Capital Group, Inc. held approximately 47.1935 bitcoin and acquired 1.0000 bitcoin in the open market during the week ended March 8, 2026.

"Bitcoin is not just an investment for the Company, it is a core pillar of our long-term strategy," stated Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data.

The company stated it intends to deploy cash allocated to its digital asset treasury strategy into bitcoin purchases over time. Hyperscale Data currently expects to divest Ault Capital Group in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Through its subsidiary Sentinum, Hyperscale Data owns and operates a data center where it mines digital assets and offers colocation and hosting services for AI ecosystems and other industries.
