Hyperscale Data reports $49 million in Bitcoin treasury holdings

Hyperscale Data Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its Bitcoin treasury reached approximately $49 million based on Bitcoin's price as of January 11, 2026.

The AI data center company holds approximately 540 Bitcoin across its subsidiaries. Sentinum Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, held 529.5929 Bitcoin as of January 11, consisting of 89.3588 Bitcoin from mining operations and 440.2341 Bitcoin purchased in the open market. Another subsidiary, Ault Capital Group Inc., purchased 2.000 Bitcoin during the week ended January 11, bringing its total holdings to 10.000 Bitcoin.

The collective holdings had an approximate market value of $49 million based on Bitcoin's closing price of $90,827 on January 11, 2026. According to BitcoinTreasuries, Hyperscale Data ranks as the 67th largest public Bitcoin treasury company globally and 36th in North America.

"With our Bitcoin treasury reaching approximately 540 Bitcoin and growing, we are continually demonstrating our long-term commitment to Bitcoin and digital finance," stated Milton Todd Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data.

The company plans to continue deploying cash allocated to its dollar-cost-averaging strategy into Bitcoin purchases over time. Hyperscale Data generally targets investing at least 5% of allocated cash each week through daily purchases, though actual amounts may vary based on market conditions.

The company stated its next goal is to reach $100 million in Bitcoin on its balance sheet. Hyperscale Data intends to provide weekly updates disclosing total Bitcoin ownership and weekly purchase amounts as part of its ongoing strategy.
