Globus Medical Inc. (NYSE: GMED) reported preliminary fourth-quarter sales of approximately $823.2 million, exceeding analyst estimates of $776.2 million. The musculoskeletal solutions company said the figure represents a 25.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Full-year 2025 sales reached approximately $2.936 billion, marking a 16.5% increase over the prior year. The company attributed the growth to continued momentum in its US Spine business and strong performance from its Enabling Technologies division.

Excluding sales from the recently acquired Nevro Corp., Globus Medical's base business revenue totaled $723.3 million in the fourth quarter, representing 10.0% growth year-over-year.

"Fourth quarter results reflected the continued trend of growth and market share gains within US Spine, while Enabling Technologies delivered its best quarterly revenue performance to date," said Keith Pfeil, President and Chief Executive Officer.

The company established revenue guidance for 2026 in the range of $3.18 billion to $3.22 billion. Globus Medical also provided non-GAAP earnings per share guidance of $4.30 to $4.40 for the full year.

The preliminary results are unaudited and subject to change based on the company's ongoing analysis. Globus Medical plans to announce final fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on February 24, 2026, after market close.

The company completed acquisitions of NuVasive and Nevro Corp. during the reporting period, which contributed to the overall revenue growth.
