Freightos Limited (NASDAQ: CRGO) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 key performance indicators that exceeded management expectations, according to a company statement.
The digital freight booking platform processed 445,000 transactions in the fourth quarter, representing 27% year-over-year growth and surpassing management's expected range of 438,000 to 444,000 transactions. For the full year 2025, transactions totaled 1.643 million, up 26% from the previous year.
Gross booking value reached $357 million in the fourth quarter, exceeding the anticipated range of $340 million to $344 million and marking 27% year-over-year growth. Full-year gross booking value totaled $1.286 billion, representing 44% annual growth.
The company maintained 77 active carriers in its network during the quarter, with recent additions including Euroairlines, Jambojet, and Pattaya Airways in the integration process. Unique buyer users increased to approximately 20,700.
"This quarter's KPIs highlight the strength of our network and the resilience of our model," said Pablo Pinillos, CFO and interim CEO of Freightos. "With most major airlines already active on the platform, we are expanding coverage with regional and specialist carriers and increasing transaction density across the ecosystem."
Growth was driven primarily by the WebCargo platform and carrier portal component, with 7LFreight also contributing to transaction increases. The company noted this marked the 24th consecutive quarter of record transactions.
Freightos plans to report full financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 on February 23, 2026, before market open. The preliminary figures are subject to change with the complete earnings release.
