Establishment Labs reports preliminary Q4 revenue of $64-65 million

Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ESTA) announced preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, according to a company press release.

The medical technology company expects fourth quarter revenue between $64.0 million and $65.0 million, including $17.0 million to $17.5 million from Motiva sales in the United States.

For fiscal year 2025, Establishment Labs projects revenue in the range of $210.5 million to $211.5 million, representing approximately 27% growth over 2024. The full-year figure includes between $45.4 million and $45.9 million from Motiva sales in the United States.

The company's year-end 2025 cash position is expected to reach approximately $75.5 million, an increase of $4.8 million from the end of the third quarter of 2025.

"We had an excellent finish to 2025, with record quarterly revenue," said Peter Caldini, Chief Executive Officer. "We continue to have positive adjusted EBITDA, and our cash position reflects our success in managing and improving the business."

Establishment Labs specializes in breast aesthetics and reconstruction products, offering solutions in over 90 countries. The company has delivered over four million Motiva devices to plastic and reconstructive surgeons since 2010.

The preliminary financial results have not been audited and remain subject to change. The company plans to present full 2025 results during its February earnings call.

Establishment Labs manufactures at two facilities in Costa Rica and maintains compliance with ISO13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR 820 regulatory standards.
